Return & Refund Policy
Return Authorization
All returns must be pre-approved. To initiate a return, contact your sales representative or email contact@callegariusa.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
14-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and only if the product is unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. We do not accept returns for dissatisfaction or buyer’s remorse.
Refund Form Requirement
A refund request form must be completed and submitted within 14 calendar days of return initiation. Failure to submit the form may void the refund request. In such cases, a store credit may be issued at Callegari USA’s discretion.

Restocking Fees

Return Packaging Requirements
Products must be securely and professionally packaged.

All accessories must be individually wrapped

Screens must be covered and protected

Items must be tightly packed to avoid shifting or damage
Improper packaging that results in damage will void the refund. Retain original packaging for at least 14 days after delivery.
Freight Equipment
Products over 50 lbs or shipped via freight are eligible for return only if:

Gifted Items
Any promotional or complimentary items must be returned along with the main unit. If not returned, their value will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 14–30 days of return approval and inspection. Refunds apply only to the product cost. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Damage Claims
Shipping-related damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing contact@callegariusa.com.
Condition Inspection
All returned products are inspected. Callegari USA reserves the right to deny a refund if the item is found to be used, altered, damaged, or missing components.
No Trial Use
Returns for evaluation or temporary use are not permitted. All sales are considered final unless the product qualifies under our authorized return policy.
Customer Packaging Responsibility
Customers are responsible for securely packaging all returns. Callegari USA is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Authorized Use Only
Warranty and return eligibility are voided if the product is modified, misused, or maintained outside of the provided guidelines and instructions.
Force Majeure
Callegari USA is not responsible for performance delays or failures caused by factors beyond its control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
Legal Venue
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California. All disputes must be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

Warranty Policy
Main Console
The main device unit is covered under a 2-year limited warranty.
Accessories & Probes
All accessories, probes, and external components are covered under a 1-year limited warranty.
Warranty Start Date
Warranty coverage begins on the date the device is first powered on, but no later than 7 days after delivery.
Warranty Repairs
Callegari USA will repair or replace defective parts at no cost for parts and labor. Timing may vary based on parts availability.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Damage due to misuse, accidents, or power surges

Unauthorized modifications or improper maintenance

Environmental or natural disaster-related damage

Consumables or normal wear-and-tear

Damage from improper packaging during return transit
Repair Procedure
Customers must email contact@callegariusa.com for troubleshooting and to receive written authorization before shipping any unit back. Units sent without authorization will be rejected.
Shipping Costs
Warranty covers parts and labor. The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping to and from Callegari USA’s service facility.
